Skipping or moving your deliveries

To skip specific dates:

Click on Upcoming deliveries
Click SKIP on whichever dates you need to skip

To pause your deliveries for a number of weeks, or to bring your delivery sooner:

Click on Manage my plan
Click on Manage plan & add extras
Click on Next charge date and choose your preferred date
Click ‘update next charge date’

To change the frequency of your deliveries:

Click on Manage my plan
Click on Manage plan & add extras
Click ‘update next charge date’
Click ‘frequency’ and choose either 1 week or 2 weeks

To change your delivery day:

Click on Manage my plan
Click on Manage plan & add extras
On the left under Next Charge Date and Frequency, click Item - DABBADROP DINNER and change your delivery date under Plan Options.
*This will change your subscription, so if you only want to change it as a one-off you’ll need to remember to change it back after billing. Alternatively, you can always email us and we can change it for you without changing your subscription.*

If you're wanting to switch your day for another day in the same week, please email us by Tuesday for that week- we'll always be able to accommodate you!
If we receive your request later than this or your order has already been wrapped and packed, it may not be possible to change your day, but do get in touch and we can let you know what your options are.
