How will I know I'm due a delivery?

When you sign up, you'll choose your start date, this order will already be paid for, don't worry, we'll remind you on the week you're due your first delivery.

From there, you can see any future deliveries in 'View Upcoming Orders'
On the week you're due a delivery - you'll receive an email: 'Your Order is Coming Soon' on the Saturday prior to let you know what's a-cooking in the kitchen.

We know plans change, and that's ok (you're a busy person)! Please let us know of any changes before 12pm on Monday the week of delivery. Our pre-ordering system means we can eliminate food waste from our kitchen, which is a great thing we can all be proud of.

We'll send you an order confirmation when your payment is processed on Monday as soon as your payment goes through detailing what's in your Dabba order.

On delivery day, you'll get a notification letting you know your Dabba is on its way, with an ETA and tracking link, as well as POD email if you aren't home. Due to the nature of logistics and delivery we use different suppliers from time to time to ensure your Dabba arrives in the best condition.
