The menu kicks off with Greens Goma-Shoga - lightly blanched greens with a ginger and sesame dressing. Next up is a Yaki Nasu (miso aubergine) with chives and sesame. In the third tin, we're serving a classic Japanese kare with potatoes, onions and carrots accompanied with seasoned short grain Japanese raisu, with a Shichimi togarashi topping.
