For our Marrakesh menu, we wanted to celebrate the dabba in all its glory.

Not only is it perfect for getting curries to your table, but it’s also brilliant for serving up... A PIE! Inspired by the spice trails of Marrakesh, this festive creation brings the delicate, crisp beauty of filo pastry front and centre. Beneath its golden layers, you’ll find a rich chickpea and courgette tagine, sweetened with apricots and brightened by the tang of preserved lemons.

Simply heat it in the oven until golden and crispy, then grab a pie each and tuck into the perfect festive sides: dukkah-dusted roasted parsnips and carrots for a warm, nutty crunch, and charred hispi cabbage drizzled with pomegranate molasses for a refreshing burst. This mix of Moroccan-inspired flavours is our way of adding a little extra warmth and magic to your plate this holiday season. Gather your loved ones, dive in, and let the feast begin!
