This week, we're back with a fantastic taste of South East Asian cooking. In celebration of our wonderful friend Lara Lee, we're showcasing three dishes from her brand-new book, A Splash Of Soy, and TRUST US; they are NOT to be missed!! 

We're serving a beautiful Gado Gado and Easy Peanut sauce. To your most intense delight, you'll find crispy, crunchy, delectably deep-fried tofu upon a succulent bed of blanched and delicately seasoned Spring Greens, covered in a RIDICULOUS peanut dressing, topped with bean sprouts, herbs, crushed peanuts and chilli. OH WOW. It's almost too much to bear! Next, you'll get a gorgeous Yellow Curry, inspired by the cookbook's Green Curry Corn Fritters. Lip-smacking-fantastic, this dish is the perfect amalgamation of comfort and style. Featuring onions, peppers, carrot and beans and topped with fresh coriander and crispy shallots - it's a certified banger. Finally, you'll get a Sambal Patatas Bravas. Zesty, carby deliciousness topped with vegan mayo and fresh chives. All topped off with a stunning lemongrass rice!

AND, instead of our regular samosas + ginger jam (kids samosas + kids dal will still be available), you'll be able to get some stunning Spring Rolls with a gorgeous Kecap Manis sauce! What a treat!!!


TOFU GADO GADO: Tofu, Cornflour, Oil, Sprouts, Spring greens, Crunchy Peanut Butter, Garlic, Ginger, Sriracha, Lime Juice, Soy, Brown Sugar, Red Chilli, Peanuts. YELLOW THAI CURRY: Yellow Thai Curry (Garlic, Lemongrass, Salt, Shallot, Galangal, Dried Red Chilli, Coriander Seed, Kaffir Lime Peel, Curry Powder, Cumin, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Cardamom, Nutmeg), Green Beans, Red Pepper, Onions, Carrots, Coriander, Coconut Milk, Garlic, Peanuts, Red Chilli. SAMBAL / PATATAS BRAVAS: Potatoes, Oil, Salt, Tomatoes, Garlic, Onion, Red Chillies, Tamarind, Sugar, Lime, Vegan Mayonnaise, Chives. LEMON GRASS RICE: Basmati Rice, Shallots, Onions, Lemongrass, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Water. SPRING ROLLS: Pastry (Wheat Flour, Water, Salt), Cabbage, Green Beans, Carrot, Vermicelli, Salt, Sugar, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Corn Starch, Palm Oil, Soy Protein, Champignons.
