From the streets of Bangalore to your door, our seasonal veggie Thoran brings carrots, Spring greens, cabbage, coconut and turmeric to the party. Coconut continues in the next tin, a Pumpkin & Pea Gassi featuring the Byagadi chilli, which is complemented by a Sambhar Dal – inspired by Anshu’s mum’s recipe – fired up with tamarind and chilli.
