This week’s menu is a vibrant harmony of flavour - a little drop of sunshine to brighten up your week.
Cabbage Poriyal
Crisp and fresh - shredded carrot, cabbage, and cavelo nero are tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves, then topped with flaked coconut, lemon and green chilli. It’s light and bright and the perfect palate cleanser between bites.
Hyderbadi Salan
Slow-roasted sweet potato and onion, simmered in a base of tangy tamarind, coconut and toasted peanuts. This dish is soothing, comforting and glowing with fragrant turmeric and cardamom.
Toor Dal
Loaded with veg protein, and simmered with ginger and cumin, our toor-moong dal is wholesome, filling and finished with a tadka of garlic, chilli and coriander.
Lemon Rice
Fresh basmati rice, lit up with lemon and turmeric and dotted with urad lentils. The foundation for any great meal!
