Food is life in Punjab, they say, and our dabba devoted to this ancient region packs a  punch. Aloo, Gobi and peas: turmeric kissed cauliflower and potatoes dressed with tomatoes and peas, classic Saag sauce with a spiced tofu and a gorgeous chickpea curry, Pindi Chole, made with channa, tomatoes, tamarind, and rich spices.
