This one's a warm hug in a dabba! Cozy up to Dal Bukhara with its slowly simmered black lentils, spiced with bay, cardamom and cinnamon. Then, add a few more layers: a turmeric roasted cauliflower with a cashew Qorma sauce, followed by a cumin and coriander infused green bean and potato Subzi, served with Jeera Rice.
