This week, we've launched a brand new menu!
Travel to Japan with us in a fantastically umami-rich menu featuring some classic dishes inspired by our founder Anshu's mum's years living on the land of the rising sun.
WHAT WE'RE COOKING:
Greens Goma-Shoga, oriental greens with a ginger sesame dressing

Nasu Dengaku (miso aubergine) with chives and sesame

Classic Japanese Kare (curry) with potatoes, onions and carrots

Seasoned short grain Japanese Raisu and Togarashi
Japan and India have had a long time love affair in Anshu's family, her Grandad was stationed there during WW2, her mum studied architecture there and her parents lived there for a while. The dishes we are cooking up have been part of her family table for decades, and now we're sharing them with you - this one is not to be missed!
AND, instead of our regular samosas, ginger jam and pickled onions (kids samosas + kids dal will still be available), you'll be able to get some crispy Pumpkin Katsu, Tonkatsu dipping sauce and pickled ginger - what a treat!
