At Dabba HQ, this menu holds a special place in our hearts — a rich tapestry of savoury, sweet and spicy flavours inspired by the royal kitchens of Hyderabad.
At its centre is our tofu aur mirch ka salan: golden-spiced tofu and mild green peppers simmered in a velvety sauce made from roasted peanuts and sweet warming spices — a true Hyderabadi classic, reimagined.
Alongside it sits our butter bean sundal, a bright, wholesome street snack with earthy, citrus notes that sing against the depth of the salan. And to round it all off, a comforting mung dal with curry leaf temper and gently aromatic cumin rice.
It’s our humble tribute to one of India’s most magnificent culinary traditions — a feast layered with warmth, history, and heart.
