We’ve always admired the way Jasmine Hemsley brings food back to what matters - real ingredients, real flavour, real care. Her cooking proves that nourishment isn’t about rules or restriction, but about food that makes you feel good: grounded, energised, connected.

This menu is our shared take on the Ayurvedic principles Jasmine champions - simple ingredients cooked slowly, spices layered with intention, dishes that feel vibrant rather than heavy. It’s a fresh start for the new year: bright, balanced and full of flavour.


Ajwain Butternut Subzi

Soft, sweet squash lifted with ajwain - warming, earthy, deeply satisfying.

Tamarind, Parsnip & Cavolo Nero Curry

 Tangy, bold and brilliantly fresh. A dish with real lift.

Lemon Dal
