These are the dishes that only appeared on very special occasions in my childhood home. Slow-cooked throughout the day, with fragrant spices filling the air, they were a labour of love and always a source of celebration.
Now we’re inviting you to celebrate with us. A menu to make any ordinary day that little bit extraordinary.

Sweet Maris Piper potatoes roasted until golden, tossed with crisped chickpeas and generously coated with chaat masala. Bright and zesty with coriander and tamarind, it's best enjoyed cold and perfectly suited to the warmer weather!
Pulled Mushroom and Cavolo Nero Makhani
Pulled Shitake mushrooms and leafy greens rest in a deep, rounded tomato base, layered with fragrant fenugreek, cardamom and a sprinkling of kasuri methi for that moreish smoky depth. An indulgent dish that feels satisfying without being heavy.
Our hero ingredient: Fable Mushrooms.
Crafted from shredded sun-dried Shitake, they're naturally rich in Vitamin D and add an incredible texture and deeply umami quality to this dish.
Black Dal
Whole urad dal, simmered slowly until it turns dark, thick and creamy. Lentils are cooked until breaking whilst still retaining their form. Comforting, warming and absolutely delicious.
Jeera Rice
A feast wouldn’t be a feast without our Jeera rice, fragrant with toasted cumin and bay, ready to mop up every last spoonful.
