Heating instructions:
1. To get the best results with your Dabba, heat it in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes. If you’re using a microwave, make sure to transfer all the dishes to a plate and stir them to ensure even heating. Always check that the food is piping hot before eating.
2. Start by unclipping your Dabba and setting the top tin aside. Begin by heating the rice with the Sweet Potato & Mushroom Rendang on top - give this a stir to ensure the mushroom is mixed through and coated in the sauce. Place the Dal curry next to the rice and Rendang on a tray. Heat all three dishes for 15 minutes, giving them a stir halfway through to ensure even heating.
3. For the Sambal Goreng, remove the lid, and place on the tray with the other dishes. Heat for another 15 minutes. All dishes should be piping hot, but keep in mind that oven temperatures can vary, so use your best judgment.
4. Once everything is heated, transfer the dishes onto your plate, arranging them side by side to enjoy the distinct and delicious flavours of each one!
