Serves: 2

Oven Heating - Recommended:

  1. Turn your oven to 180C fan and wait for it to heat up. 
  2. Unclip the dabba and remove the lid.
  3. Place the tin of rice on an oven tray, with the tin of kimchi stew sitting on top. 
  4. Cover the tteokbokki with tin foil and place along with the onto the stir-fry next to the other tins.
  5. Heat all tins for 25 minutes.
  6. After 25 minutes: Stir the tteokbokki and kimchi stew, then return all tins (except the stir-fry) to the oven.
  7. Heat for a further 10 minutes, or until everything is piping hot.

Microwave Heating Instructions:

  1. Transfer the contents from the dabba tins into microwave-safe bowls.
  2. Cover each bowl with a microwave-safe lid or plate to retain moisture.
  3. Rice: Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Kimchi Stew: Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even heating.
  5. Tteokbokki: Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stir, then heat for an additional 1-2 minutes until piping hot.
  6. Stir-Fry: Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Final Check: Ensure all dishes are piping hot before serving.

Microwave times may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave. Adjust heating times as needed.
