Gujarat Menu Heating Instructions

Oven Heating (Recommended)
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) / Gas Mark 4.
- Unclip the dabba and remove the lid.
- Place the top two tins, still stacked, onto an oven tray alongside the bottom two tins (also stacked).
- Cover both stacks loosely with foil to prevent drying.
- Heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for even heating.
- Check that food is piping hot before serving.
Microwave Heating (Quick & Convenient)
- Transfer portions of Undhiyu, Gujarati Dal, Tomato Coconut Rice, and Sambharo into microwave-safe bowls (metal tins cannot go in the microwave).
- Cover the dishes with a microwave-safe lid or plate to prevent drying out.
- Heat on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Check the temperature—if needed, heat for an extra 30 seconds until piping hot.
💡 Tip: Sambharo is best enjoyed lightly warmed or at room temperature—no need to overheat! Stir curries before serving to redistribute heat evenly.
