What's changing? From 13th February 2025, we will be charging a £3.50 delivery fee on all orders. This will apply to all deliveries starting w/c 17th February 2025.

How come? Our previous delivery partner Zedify unexpectedly went into administration. It has meant we needed to work quickly to source a new delivery solution, without disrupting the high quality, sustainable and values led service we pride ourselves on, and that you, our amazing customers have come to expect.

The good news? We’ve now partnered with Pedal Me, a pioneering cargo bike company that shares our commitment to ethical employment and sustainability, as well as customer experience. They've been amazing to turn around the partnership quickly and ensure no disruption to your deliveries.

What does that mean for me? As well as maintaining the standard of service you will have experienced before, Pedal Me also offer Live Tracking – so you can know exactly when your Dabba is on its way. Even more accurately than before.

We know any change comes with an adjustment, but we truly believe this will improve your DabbaDrop experience. We also hope you understand that as a small business, adding a delivery fee wasn't a choice - it was a necessity to keep DabbaDrop running.
