Bombay Bustle Menu Heating Instructions


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (OVEN HEATING - RECOMMENDED):

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted).

2. Place the tin of Lemon Rice on an oven tray, with the tin of Saag Aloo sitting on top, and the tins of Achari Gobhi and Dal Tadka next to them. Keep the lid on the Achari Gobhi at this stage to retain moisture.

3. Heat all tins for 25 minutes.

4. After 25 minutes:

  • Remove the tin of Achari Gobhi, keeping the lid on. 
  • Stir the Saag Aloo and Dal Tadka, then return all tins (except the gobhi) to the oven.
  • Heat for a further 10–15 minutes, or until everything is piping hot and ready to serve.

COOKING TIME: 35-45 minutes

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (MICROWAVE):

1. Remove all tins from the bag and take off the lids. Transfer the contents of each tin to microwave-safe dishes.

2. Heating the Dishes:

  • Lemon Rice: Heat on full power for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Achari Gobhi: Heat on full power for 3–4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Saag Aloo: Heat on full power for 3–4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Dal Tadka: Heat on full power for 3–4 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Note: Microwaves vary in power, so adjust heating times as needed. Ensure all dishes are piping hot before serving.

3. Carefully remove the dishes from the microwave and stir each one thoroughly to ensure even heating.
