Sri Lanka holds a special place in our hearts—the enchanting rickshaw rides through tropical forests, the warm sea swims, but most of all, the love for its food. This week's Dabba is our ode to this heavenly country, featuring Jackfruit Kottu roti with sweet, peppery tones, accompanied by a fruity Aubergine curry and earthy-sweet beetroot mung dal, all served with red rice. Experience a taste of the golden-infused glow, reminiscent of a holiday on our favorite Indian Ocean island :)
