Sri Lanka

11 / 12 Aug

Kottu, meaning ‘chopped’, makes even more sense when you picture the Sri Lankan street cooks who make their roti to order as they chop it up with their customers. Listen closely and you might hear their chatter among the bubbling of rich tomato & aubergine Curry and the comforting call of beetroot Dal. Perhaps even some vocals from Victor Rathnayake.

The cut-off for making changes to your delivery is 6pm Tuesday. This helps us keep food waste to a minimum.
