They say two’s company, so we jumped at the chance to collaborate with our chef crush Lara Lee on this Indo-inspired love-in. Leading the charge is a classic Gado Gado salad with crunchy veg and a moreish peanut dressing, followed by a sticky slow-cooked Jackfruit & Potato Rendang. Holding up the stack is Gulai Sayur Coconut Curry, infused with turmeric and galangal.
The cut-off for making changes to your delivery is 6pm Tuesday. This helps us keep food waste to a minimum.
