We are so thrilled to be teaming up with the incredible writer and cookbook guru, Meera Sodha, for an upcoming Gujarati-inspired menu! 🎉 Meera has been a supporter of DabbaDrop from its conception and has featured DabbaDrop recipes in her popular Guardian column, much to our delight!

Our menu collaboration features signature dishes from Meera's well loved books Fresh India and Made in India, each dish carefully chosen to delight the taste buds and showcase the richness of Gujarati cuisine: Expect tasty treats like Leeks & Greens Shaak, Coriander Chutney Squash, Gujarati Dal with Peanuts, and Pea Pulao.

Ingredients
