We’ve teamed up with the brilliant Anna Jones to create a limited-edition DabbaDrop menu inspired by her best-selling cookbook Easy Wins — and it’s everything a summer curry night should be.

 

Think bright, joyful flavours. Seasonal veg. Comforting dishes with a fresh twist. It’s a sunshine-filled menu made for laid-back evenings and good company.

 

Here’s what’s landing in your dabba: Roast Sweet Potatoes with Sticky Chilli Chutney, Lemongrass Dal with Garlic & Curry Leaves, Aubergine, Peanut & Tamarind Curry and Double Lemon Pilaf - what a feast!

Lemongrass Dal: Red Lentils, Coconut Milk, Spring greens, Onion, Oil, Garlic, Lemongrass, Lemon juice, Salt, Red pepper flakes, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Coriander Seeds, Curry leaves, Turmeric, Kashmiri red chilli powder. Double Lemon Pilaf: Water, Basmati rice, Onion, Oil, Lemon juice, Onion seeds, Fresh mint, Fried Onions [Onions (75%), Sunflower oil, Cornstarch, Salt], Turmeric, Peanuts.
