Meera Sodha Gujarati Menu Heating Instructions

COOKING TIME: 40 minutes



Leeks & Greens Shaak: Vegetable oil, MUSTARD seeds, onion, garlic, leeks, green beans, spring greens, turmeric, ground chilli, coriander, salt, peas, lemon juice.

Coriander Chutney Squash: Ginger, garlic, green chilli, vegetable oil, onions, squash, coriander, PEANUTS, lemon juice, salt, brown sugar, turmeric.

Gujarati Dal with Peanuts: Toor lentils, moong lentils, star anise, vegetable oil, MUSTARD seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, green chilli, curry leaves, tomatoes, onions, turmeric, salt, sugar, lemon juice, PEANUTS.

Pea Pulao: Basmati rice, salt, oil, water, peas, cumin


Our ingredients change from time to time, so please always check before eating.




Our recommended heating method is the oven at 180c until piping hot (usually around 30-40 minutes). The top tin (Leeks & Greens Shaak) can do with less time - we recommend 20 minutes or until completely warmed through. 

Please remember to stir the curry and dal occasionally throughout the cooking process. 

Rice: We add a few drops of water to our rice before cooking, to ensure the moisture stays locked in, and then place another tin (the Dal for example) on top, so it steams.
